Come join us and learn how to make Bibimbap at home using seasonal and accessible ingredients. Selina will be showing you traditional way how to prepare each vegetables to go in this dish. There will be a cooking demo and little bit of hands-on experience for you as well. Everyone will end up with their own version of Bibimbap to try in class. Selina will be adding some homemade soup and kimchi/pickles to enjoy at the table.

Selina S. Lee is a food blogger / food stylist based in Oakland, CA. Besides developing recipes and sharing them online, she hosts cooking workshop called Banchan Workshop. A series of Korean cooking workshop that focuses on cultured cooking and pickling. She has hosted many workshops like kimchi, Korean street food to Korean home-cooking basics like rice & noodle.
